COVID related International Travel Requirements and Recommendations
can be found here:

Particularly, people who travel to the United States by air are
required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Only limited exceptions apply.
Further, before boarding a flight to the United States, you are
currently required to show a negative COVID-19 test result taken no
more than 1 day before travel. There is also an option for people who
have documented recovery from COVID-19 in the past 90 days.
Children under 2 years old do not need to take the test.

COVID measures during the MMTE 2022 Workshop:
The venue has a large auditorium and parallel session rooms will be selected
to maximize space for social distancing. To make people feel safer we
would like to recommend wearing face masks during the meeting. In
order to avoid super spread events as much as possible, lunches and
other meals will be served outside in a tent, whenever possible.
More detailed information about the COVID related topics at Cliff
Lodge, especially the nearby places to take COVID tests, can be found
at https://www.snowbird.com/covid-19/
Meanwhile, we may be able to provide some self-test kits during the conference.
